Specialized Weight Loss Membership Pricing
Gold and Platinum Levels include a weight loss membership. Weight loss membership includes visits every 4–6 weeks, personalized plans, progress tracking, and text support. Weight loss membership does not include medication cost.
Add-on option: Bronze and Silver members may add the weight loss membership for an additional $59/mo.
What if I'm not a member?
You can still be seen! Non-members pay self-pay rates.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We don't believe in trapping you with lengthy contracts or hidden cancellation fees.
Are all services included in the membership?
Your membership covers all standard primary care services. Specialized treatments, labs, and certain procedures may incur additional costs, but always at member-discounted rates.
How do family plans work?
Family plans cover up to 2 adults and 4 children under 18 living in the same household. Each member receives full benefits at the family plan rate.
Can families mix tiers?
Yes! We understand different family members may have different needs. You can customize each family member's tier for optimal coverage.
Do plans include labs?
Annual preventative labs are included in all membership tiers. Additional or specialized labs are available at discounted member rates.
Can patients text the provider directly?
Bronze, Silver, and Gold members can text our medical staff. Platinum members enjoy direct provider texting for the highest level of access and care.
